ABOUT THE DOCTOR: SHATTERED DIMENSIONS
When Omega and Rassilon first discovered time-travel, it created the black hole later known as the Eye of Harmony. What wasn’t known was that it also caused a splinter universe to form. In this universe, things have developed on a parallel course as with the original, but with changes along the way. Now the Time Lords are not merely observers, but protectors of time. The Doctor, a sanctioned officer of the Time Lords, travels through time and space with deputized companions putting right things that go wrong.
