Background: Indigor, who has completed the requirements of shelthreth on Andor, is an ambitous Andorian Starfleet officer. He looks forward to having his own command someday. He consistently voulenteers for the later shifts so he, in theory, might have a better chance of being given the Conn. He deliberately applied for duty aboard the U.S.S. Cochrane. He feels that whether a good idea or bad, the Cochrane will be under a great deal of scrutiny so he has a better chance of being noticed as an individual.
Personality: He's a good Starfleet Officer, but he's not what anyone would consider affable. He's disdainful of those whose abilities he sees as his lessers, and will not hesitate to try to show them up or point out their blunders. He's very by the book, and does not, as a general rule like having to explain himself. He's not afraid of stepping on toes. He's an officer on his way up and he knows it.
